Agreement

By using AI Interviewer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms. We will let you know when we do. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept the new terms.

Your Account

You need an account to use our service. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Use your real info when you sign up. One account per person. Tell us right away if someone else uses your account without your permission.

AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to build profiles, write resumes, and match you with jobs. AI can make mistakes. Always review what it creates before you use it. You own the content we generate for you, but you are responsible for checking it is accurate. We do not guarantee any job, interview, or career outcome.

Your Data

You own your data. We store it to provide our service. We encrypt sensitive info like your name, email, and phone number. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

For Recruiters

Recruiters can search for candidates who opt in to being visible. You may only use candidate data for hiring purposes. Do not scrape, copy, or share candidate profiles outside of our platform. Candidates control their own visibility. Respect their choices. Misuse of candidate data will result in account termination.

Payments

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are listed on our site. You can cancel any time. Refunds are handled case by case. We may change prices with 30 days notice. Free tier features may change as we grow.

Rules

Do not use our service to break the law. Do not upload false information about yourself. Do not try to access other users' data. Do not reverse engineer our service. Do not use bots or automated tools to scrape our platform. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. We will remove your data when you do. We may also close accounts that break our rules. If we close your account, we will tell you why.

Limits

We provide this service "as is." We try our best, but we cannot promise it will always work perfectly. We are not liable for lost jobs, missed opportunities, or AI errors. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
